What to Include

Tell us your device model, iOS version, what you were trying to do, and what happened. Do not email medical bills, EOBs, member IDs, claim numbers, or other sensitive health information.

Delete Local Data

Open Not A Bill, go to Privacy, then choose Delete All Local Data. This removes local cases, extracted text, comparisons, and scripts from the device.
